Liverpool defence this season has been really good but not the one that can make the reds bring the Premier League trophy to Anfield. The captain, Virgil van Dijk has an impressive season being the second best player in the league and the best defender in the league.
The three other centre backs, Ibrahima Konate, Jarell Quansah and Joe Gomez had a great performance all over the season but they need to be better if they want to achieve all the success in a Liverpool shirt.

The left foot defender would be a really good choice for Liverpool, he showed great performances with his team. His age and experience could be a really good fit for the reds and playing alongside Virgil van Dijk would be a very good chance on his developement as a defender.
